After seeing the interesting shaped felt cushions by Hey-Sign on Babyology I looked into it further and discovered an amazing range of products all made out of felt. Felt is one of my favourite fabrics with unique properties so I was really excited to see the brilliant range of cushions and rugs. This fantastic raw material is air-permeable, insulating and dirt-resistant thanks to its natural oils. Not to mention felt is very kind to the skin as it is 100% natural. Bernadette Ehmanns is the talented designer heading German company Hey-Sign that since the beginning of trading in 1999 has become an international trading company with 250 products including individual and unique pieces such as bags, tableware, home accessories, rugs and cushions. The products are available in up to 36 colours and in material thickness of 2mm, 3mm or 5mm. I am partial to the stamp rugs with the punctured holes patterns available in red, purple, black and grey, but these are only some of the amazing handmade products offered by Hey-Sign.
