Teddy Bear Picnics at IKEA stores across the UK on October 26th

Submitted by on October 18, 2011 – 1:39 amNo Comment

Every year IKEA gets together with UNICEF and Save the Children to raise money for children in need and enable them to access quality education with the Soft Toy Campaign. For every soft toy, kid’s meal or children’s book sold in store between October 24 and December 23 the IKEA Foundation donates €1. This year the Soft Toy Campaign sounds like a lot of fun with kids’ events across the stores in the UK during this month’s half term break on wednesday October 26.

Support the campaign by joining BJORN bear and his friends on a  Teddy Bear picnic and story telling narrated by the bears for kids to enjoy in the store near you.  Make sure to book early as places are limited.

The soft toy range is gorgeous. Apart from the teddies that I have a soft spot for, I really like the circus puppets and all those soft cuddly vegetables in the lovely baskets.
