Monday crafts: how to turn a shoebox into a fun storage box

To make it more appealing we covered it entirely with flue fabric, and then we went on to decorate it with a couple of flowers that we made out of yellow and green felt cuttings. We finished the edges with crease paper and attached one of my son’s drawings to the top making it the central focus.
The boring shoebox is now this unrecognizable pretty box ready to store all those arty materials.

Ah this turned out very very sweet indeed!! I always love your “recycled crafts”! Such great ideas. I know that my son would love this treasure box!
