Habitadule, cardboard construction panels for kids’ spaces
Cardboard is quickly becoming very popular with kids toys and furniture. Environment friendly and safe this extremely durable and versatile material has captured the attention of many artists who constantly come up with the most amazing designs for children. French architectural designer Marie Compagnon has created these large scale construction pieces called Habitadule, which is French for “livable spaces”, and they are a success with children and parents alike.
Each piece is printed on both sides with exclusive designs and is pierced in places to create light effects and shadows where sunrays or artificial lighting break through. The set consist of 16 large panels and 16 connectors that are easily put together following the instructions included to create all sorts of constructions. The possibilities are endless whether it’s a playhouse, a decorative screen, a performance set or a storage unit for their room, Habitadule will be sure to give children hours of fun as well as pretty colourful structures.

Just this afternoon the kids raided our recycle bin for cardboard construction paper. They would be blown away with these pieces! This looks creative, flexible and artfully designed.
