Cool down with yummy homemade ice lollies

browsing Cookie Mag and I found this delicious recipe for Raspberry Lime lollies which are just what you need to cool down during these hot summer days. All you need is a blender, some ice lolly molds and wooden sticks, low fat natural yougurt (vanilla flavour also works), sugar, lime juice and frozen or fresh raspberries. First blend the yougurt with a little lime juice and empty into a bowl, then blend the raspberries, lime juice and sugar and sieve the liquid if you don’t like the seeds. Poor the yougurt mix and the raspberry mix into the ice lolly molds and leave them in the freezer for at least 6 hours or until completely frozen. Enjoy…
