Safety, weight and ease to manoeuvre are no doubt at the top of the list of parents to be when choosing a pram. Then come design and accessories. There is so much available on the market that is easy to feel confused, it is important to do your homework before just picking one you like the look of. Most stores offer advice by qualified staff or you could look at reviews online and see what other parents say about the various models around.

The Stokke Xplory Stroller is a good choice all round, safe and stable it is easy to manoeuvre thanks to its lightweight and the rotating front wheels. Its best feature is the robust central bar that allows to adjust the height of the seat so your baby can seat higher than in a traditional pram and you’ll be able to interact with him/her at all times. The seat can also be set in two different modes, facing you for interaction and reassurance or facing forward for exploring the world around. Sitting higher the baby is not at car fume level making this stroller ideal for babies in the city.

The stroller comes in 6 different colours and a wide range of accessories including mosquito net, parasol, changing bag, car seat adaptor and warm or light sleeping bag. All textiles are easily removed and machine washable.
